Real Estate Finance

This course examines problems in structuring complex multiparty real estate transactions. Consideration is given to mortgages, mortgage markets, construction financing, commercial real estate (including tax aspects of leasing and mortgaging), leases as financing devices, and commercial landlord-tenant relations.
