Internship Histories
Welcome to the Internships Historical Database.
This database is a resource for current students searching for a summer position or evaluating on-campus interview options. It is a chance for those that have recently gained valuable experience to share with those following in their academic footsteps. We hope it can become an invaluable resource for those pursuing opportunities to build their resumes from those who have recently done so.
We are asking 2 & 3L's willing to share information concerning their summer assistantship/internship/clerkship experience to fill out an online form, providing us with employer information, a description of their job and an evaluation of the time they spent with the organization. These records will then be accessible by current 1L's searching for their first summer position and by 2L's evaluating their on-campus interview and second summer options.

Submit Your Information
For 2 & 3L's willing to share their wisdom, thank you for taking the time to provide your fellow and future classmates with information concerning your experience at your summer assistantship/clerkship. This database is password protected so that only current students in the law school will have access to the information you provide. In addition, we are asking for your name only for tracking purposes. It will not be a searchable or viewable field and contact information will be provided to another student only with your advance permission on an individual basis. -
Search the Database
For 1 & 2L's looking for ideas and guidance, you can search the database by several employer characteristics. You will not only receive employers and contact information, but also valuable descriptions of the duties that were involved along with an evaluation of the value of the experience. Keep in mind that, as with any search tool, this is but one resource for finding your next internship.
