Subscription Information

Subscription rates are: one year, $30.00. Canadian rates are $30.00 per year and foreign rates are $33.00 per year. Single copies are $10.00. All claims of non-receipt of an issue should be made within six month of the date of publication if the claimant wishes to avoid paying for the missing issue. Back issues of Volumes One through Seventy-Three are available from William S. Hein & Co., Inc., 1285 Main Street, Buffalo, New York 14209.
