  1. Basis for Grade in the Course. Your grade in the course is based on the final examination. The course is graded "Pass/Fail."
  2. Examination. The examination for this class will be "limited-open book." The exam will be two hours long, and will be given on Friday, August 15, from 2:30pm-5:00pm in Room 213 of the Law School.
  3. Web Site for Class. Materials for the course are on the class web site, and we will make extensive use of online materials. To reach the web site, see the law school's course Web sites, then find "Introduction to Law" under my name.
  4. Course Materials. You are responsible for the following: (a) any required material listed on the syllabus; (b) any material covered in class, including handouts; and (c) any other material so designated and placed on reserve in the library or the class web site.
