Information

  1. Basis for Grade in the Course. Your grade in the course is based entirely on the final exam. Final distribution of grades will conform to the recommended grading standards set by the faculty for first-year courses.
  2. Course Materials. You are responsible for the following: (a) any material assigned as required reading in the casebook or supplementary texts; (b) any material covered in class, including handouts; and (c) any other material so designated and placed on reserve in the library or placed on the class web site.
  3. Attendance and Professional Standards. Attendance is required. I reserve the right to declare any student with an unreasonable number of unexcused absences ineligible to take the final exam.
