WESTLAW Legislative Histories(LH) (WESTLAW – Password Required)
The LH database contains, from 1948 through 1989, the legislative history of public laws as set forth in congressional committee reports reprinted in the United States Code, Congressional and Administrative News (USCC&AN). From January 1990, the database contains all congressional committee reports, including reports on bills that did not become law.
