BNA Premier
Over 100 subject specific reporters, some with additional commentary, on a wide range of legal topics. Law students, faculty, and staff can sign up for email updates as to specific resources.

Encyclopedia of Public International Law

Fastcase
Provides access to cases, statutes, administrative codes, attorney general opinions, state constitutions, and newspaper articles.  The database covers all fifty states and laws at the federal level.  Fastcase is designed as a low cost alternative to Lexis and Westlaw.

Investor-State LawGuide
The ISLG is a specialized resource for investment treaty research.  It chronicles and maps the relationships between treaties, arbitral rules, cases and other key investment materials.

Primary content, commentary, and news about North American law, policy, and regulation.  Areas of focus include communications, energy, and securities law. 

For securities law,
this databased contains comprehensive disclosure and regulatory information in six areas: disclosure, laws, rules, guidance, news, and compliance centers.

LexisNexis Academic (for general use)
This resource has much of the same content as regular LexisNexis, but is available to all IUB students and those that come to the Law Library.  It is a mega-database that contains cases, statutes, regulations, constitutions, law reviews, and leading newspapers and magazines.

Making of Modern Law: Foreign Primary Sources (1600 - 1970)
This first part of the collection includes regulations, session laws, journals, codes and commentaries of northern, central, and eastern European jurisdictions (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Great Britain, France, Germany, Ireland Nethelands, Sweden, Switzerland) with 50% of the collection in English. Sourced from the collections of the Yale, Harvard, and George Washington University Law Libraries.

Making of Modern Law: Legal Treatises (1800-1926)
This online database is derived from the Nineteenth Century Legal Treatises and Twentieth Century Legal Treatises microfilm collections.  It contains close to 10 million pages and more than 21,800 titles.  In addition to treatises, the database includes casebooks, local practice manuals, form books, works for lay readers, pamphlets, letters and speeches.

Making of Modern Law: Primary Sources (1620-1926)

Online access to early state codes, city charters, documents relating to constitutional conventions, and other resources in American legal history from 1620-1926.  Includes early Indiana material such as Burns’ Annotated Indiana Statutes (1881-1914), earlier statutes from 1831, and materials from the Indiana Constitutional Convention (1850-1851).
