“With large windows that look out on the forest in the middle of campus, it’s easy to forget that you’re in the middle of a Big Ten school.”— 2008 Best 170 Law Schools
The Library will be closed on July 3rd & 4th in honor of Independence Day.
Reserve a conference room for your study group. Reservation forms are available at the circulation desk.
In addition to providing traditional services, such as reference assistance and the circulation of materials, the Law Library offers numerous additional services. Law students have access to conference rooms for small group study and a computer lab reserved exclusively for their use. A courier service is provided for law faculty to retrieve materials from any library on campus to be delivered to their office. Other faculty and students at the university are also supported through instructional tours and classroom lectures on legal research.
In addition to the general services provided by the Law Library, there are many special services provided only to the faculty of the Law School.
Non-law faculty and students often need additional assistance in the use of the Law Library collection. The Law Library offers numerous special outreach services for these patrons.
