Lambda Law Society
From the Executive Board
Co-Presidents : Eric and Kellen
On behalf of the Lambda Law Society executive board, it is our pleasure to welcome you to the Indiana University School of Law—Bloomington.
As the School's GLBT law caucus, we offer the opportunity to work closely in the campaign for equal rights. In the past, we have hosted speakers from the National Center for Lesbian Rights, Indiana Equality, and the School of Law; we have worked with StoptheAmendment.org performing legal research projects on SJR7-the proposed anti-gay marriage amendment; and we have held various social and professional events designed to provide networking opportunities, promote awareness of GLBT issues, and the furtherance of human rights within the school, the campus, the state of Indiana, and elsewhere.
Ours is a diverse organization, composed of members of all walks of life. If you are in town, feel free to contact us—we're happy to give you a tour of the IU School of Law, the Indiana University Campus, or the City of Bloomington.
Minority Law Day 2008
We're co-sponsoring our community's annual Minority Law Day on April 5. We hope to see you there!
