“I enjoy working in the environmental area because I have always been interested in preservation of the planet. I take pride in providing assistance in leading our clients through the process of remediation of contaminated sites and turning them into catalysts for change in often financially depressed areas.”
Indiana Law alumni have always been—and will always be—crucial to the success and strength of our school. Across the globe, our more than 9,800 living alumni provide leadership and services in their professions and communities. We have large concentrations of alumni in New York, Washington, D.C., and Chicago, with hundreds in California, Florida, Texas, and Ohio, and throughout the Midwest. These alumni make a difference and give back to Indiana Law in countless ways.
Indiana Law is one of the few public law schools that draws the majority of its students from out of state and sends the majority of its graduates to jobs out of state. Our distinguished alumni are at some of the top companies and law firms in the nation, and our alumni network is strong: our graduates want to both stay in touch with one another and to reach out and help current students and recent graduates as they themselves were helped and supported. Learn more about the specific accomplishments of Indiana Law alumni.
If you are an alumnus, faculty, or staff member of Indiana Law, you can search the alumni directory. Contact the Office of Alumni Relations to receive a username and password. Also, contact our office if you’d rather your name or address not be listed, to ask about a proposed use of the directory, or to request removal of your name or address from the directory. This directory may not be used for solicitation or marketing purposes.
Each fall, the law school helps to coordinate milestone reunions for the classes celebrating 10, 25, and 50 year reunions and other years on request.
The law school provides a support role and will help coordinate event logistics including securing a location, invitations, and reserving hotel room blocks. We rely on class representatives to lead the reunion effort. If there is low interest, the reunion will be cancelled.
Members of the Class of 2003, 1988, or 1963 interested in helping to coordinate your reunion, contact Stephanie Coffey, Director of Annual Giving, at firstname.lastname@example.org or (812) 856-2793. Most reunion correspondence is sent via e-mail, so please make sure that we have your updated contact information.
Our graduates never stop being part of the Indiana Law community. Our largest alumni communities are in Indianapolis, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. and we have numerous smaller alumni communities in New York, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Phoenix, and many more.
Your time and commitment provides valuable support to the Law School community, students, future students, fellow alumni, and the ongoing vitality of the School. Click here for more information about getting involved or volunteering for the School.
