Update: Remote Law Student Technology Support During COVID-19 Closure, Spring 2020

The Law Library Computer Consultant, Garron Quimby, will continue to offer student technology support during the COVID-19/Coronavirus closure. His hours will be Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (ET). You can reach Garron in any of the following methods: 


Jerome Hall Law Library technology facilities include Windows 8 computers and laser printers that are available for use by law students. The computer lab in Room 100 (behind Circulation Desk) contains 15 workstations and is available for law student use only. There are also workstations in the lobby that require an IU Bloomington login for access, as well as limited-access machines that do not require a specific login. A wireless system is available throughout the Law Library.

There are five laser printers available in the Law Library, four in the Law Library Lobby and one in the computer lab. Use of these printers is charged to the student’s university print allotment. A Lexis high-speed printer is also located on the first floor near the Circulation Desk.

The Law Library Computer Consultant, Garron Quimby, is available to help students with computing issues. He is available for walk-in/appointments Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
