Black Law Students Association (BLSA)

The Black Law Students Association seeks to enhance the social and academic experience of its members. BLSA provides members with a solid network of support through mentoring, targeted programming, and social events. Our organization is deeply involved in community service and social action issues. We consistently support the Bloomington community and bring in prominent activists as speakers. Additionally, BLSA hosts two of Indiana Law's most popular events: the Barrister’s Ball, a black-tie event recognizing distinguished alumni and exceptional members of the law school, and the Gong Show, a talent show where students get a chance to show off of their non-legal talents.
