The Law School does not participate in the university ceremony at Assembly Hall on either Friday, May 8, or Saturday, May 9.
Law School party (Friday, May 8)
Come celebrate with family and classmates!
Open house for graduates, families, and friends in the Jerome Hall Law Library from 8:00 - 11:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8. Food and beverages will be provided free of charge in the reception area. A jazz combo will provide music in the atrium. The winners of numerous class awards will be announced from 9:15 to 10:00 p.m. Dress is casual to business casual. Tickets are not required.
Commencement ceremony (Saturday, May 9)
IU Auditorium, noon.
Cap, gown, and hood are required.
No tickets or reservations necessary — plenty of seating for all — doors open at 11:15 a.m.
Graduates and faculty must arrive by 11:30 a.m. The ceremony will begin at noon sharp.
Professional pictures and a video of the ceremony will be available for purchase. The photo company will contact graduates about them.
