Biography
Prior to joining Indiana Law in 2012, Sam Kwak was a corporate associate at Fenwick & West LLP's Seattle office working on securities, M&A and start-up company matters. From 2005 to 2009, he was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP working out of the New York and Palo Alto office for investment banks and private equity clients. Sam graduated with honors from Duke University School of Law in 2005 and cum laude from University of Washington in 2002, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in philosophy and political science.
